Our Philosophy
We believe in simplicity that brings out the true essence of every ingredient. That's why we work exclusively with local producers and fishermen from our island. Every dish, from our rich γαριδομακαρονάδα shrimp pasta to the simplest pan-fried fish, is prepared fresh at the moment you place your order
